By accessing or using the services of EGN Eugene Masonry, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Services Description
EGN Eugene Masonry provides professional masonry services including but not limited to brick repair, chimney services, tuckpointing, retaining wall installation, patio construction, stone veneer installation, and related masonry work. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.
3. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary if additional work is discovered or if project scope changes. Any changes to the original estimate will be discussed and approved by the client before proceeding. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your written estimate or contract. Typical payment schedules may include a deposit before work begins and final payment upon completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards. Payment is due within the timeframe specified in your agreement.
5. Scheduling and Delays
We make every effort to complete projects on schedule. However, delays may occur due to weather conditions, material availability, unforeseen site conditions, or other factors beyond our control. We will communicate any significant delays promptly and work to minimize disruption to your schedule.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing access to the work area, ensuring pets are secured during work hours, and disclosing any known hazards or site conditions that may affect the work. Clients must also obtain any necessary approvals from homeowners associations or other governing bodies before work begins.
7. Warranty and Guarantees
We stand behind our workmanship and offer warranties on our services. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your contract and vary depending on the type of work performed. Warranties do not cover damage caused by natural disasters, improper maintenance, or modifications made by others.
8. Liability and Insurance
EGN Eugene Masonry is fully licensed, bonded, and insured. We carry general liability insurance and workers compensation insurance to protect both our clients and our employees. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.
9. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please provide as much notice as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or work has begun may be subject to cancellation fees to cover our costs. Specific terms will be outlined in your contract.
10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, we encourage open communication to resolve issues quickly and fairly. If a resolution cannot be reached through direct discussion, disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Lane County, Oregon, in accordance with Oregon state laws.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
